WCSD Snow Removal Request

As we await the impending storm, the WCSD wishes to remind residents and local businesses to clear sidewalks in a timely fashion.  The central business district is required to remove snow from sidewalks within 4 hours of cessation of snowfall.  All other residential areas are required to remove snow from sidewalks within 24 hours of cessation of snowfall.

The DPW has requested that residents do NOT shovel or blow snow into the streets.  This makes their jobs more challenging and could be hazardous to drivers.
