Poetry: Hold Tight Until Spring

by Aaron Bushaw

I suppose that you would be jealous

But I saw the sun today

He told me to tell you he’s sorry

But the weather drove him away

He’ll return as soon as he’s able

When the trees and grass start to grow

So hold tight until spring time

And try to make friends with the snow
