Description: Copies of the proposed budget are on file at the circulation desk of the Manchester District Library, 912 City Rd. (M-52), Manchester, Michigan, for inspection during regular library hours. At the public hearing, all citizens, taxpayers, and property owners of the Manchester District Library District, comprised of the Village of Manchester, the Township of Bridgewater, the Township of Freedom, and the Township of Manchester shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard in regard to the approval of the budget.
