Manchester Residents - Please Help the HIP!

The Manchester Wellness Coalition is asking for your help, as the 2015 Health Improvement Plan (HIP) of Washtenaw County is making one final push for telephone survey responses in Manchester. PLEASE RESPOND!

The survey gathers completely anonymous answers to a variety of health questions across all ages and demographics of our area. Information from this survey will help the Manchester Wellness Coalition determine priorities for funding through the 5 Healthy Towns Project. With these results, they can better design health and wellness activities for our community.
