Saturday, November 21, 2015 saw Manchester’s first snowstorm of the season. While the forecast was originally for 3 to 5 inches of snow, it was changed to 8 to 12 inches as the day went on. Some traffic was seen moving slowly through town and multiple cars and trucks had to be pulled out of ditches (and off residents’ lawns,) but many others who could, chose to stay home resulting in deserted streets off and on throughout the day. With warmer weather in the forecast it is unlikely the heavy, wet snow will stick around to Thanksgiving.
