Last Wednesday, the 11th graders of Manchester's Ambassador Girl Scout Troop 41545 hosted the kindergarten and 1st graders of Daisy Troop 40673 for a tea party complete with tea, scones, and party favors. Along with it came camp songs, Girl Scout traditions and a lot of bonding. One Daisy Scout said, "the best part was getting to know our older Girl Scout Sisters and how much we have in common ... also the scones with fruit in them."

The event will help the 1st grade Daisies with their bridging requirements as they transition to Brownies this spring. The event helps the troop of Ambassador Scouts feel more secure that the Manchester Girl Scout traditions they've been carrying on won't end with their troop as it graduates from High School next year.
