If the start of the school year has you stressed out, the Manchester District Library can help!

Back-to-school time can be a stressful time for children, as they enter a new grade and get used to new classes and new teachers. It can be nerve-racking for college students, as they deal with classes, jobs, and high tuition bills. And it can also be stressful for parents, as they adjust to a new routine and juggle school times and activities with their jobs, as well as caring for their children’s increased needs.

The Manchester District Library has a selection of pamphlets, books, and DVDs that can help patrons recognize the signs of stress and manage those symptoms before they spiral out of control. Over time, this can help one become more resilient when faced with the stressful challenges of life. Stop by the library at 912 City Road to check out our stress relief resources.

For as little as $1 a month, you can keep Manchester-focused news coverage alive.
