Girl Scout Round Up - Find a troop

The Manchester-area Girl Scout troops will be holding a Round Up on Thursday, Oct. 6 from 6 to 7pm under the Chi Bro Park pavilion. If you know a girl or are a girl who is interested in Girl Scouts, stop by to pick up registration forms, meet the local troop leaders and ask questions! Girl Scouting is open to girls in grades K - 12. Manchester troops are not affiliated with the schools and are open to girl who attend different districts or homeschool, as well as those enrolled in Manchester Community Schools.

Manchester troops need adult volunteers! There are many options in Girl Scouts for volunteers beyond being a leader, and those range from being a troop helper, to an occasional driver, to just coming in once to teach a special skill. If you are interested in volunteering, whether or not you have a daughter or granddaughter in scouts, stop by the Round Up.

The Manchester Farmers Market will be in full autumn swing that evening at Chi Bro as well, so come a little early and browse the produce, crafts, honey, squash, pumpkins & more!
