The Student of the Month for January is Delanie Osborne. She is currently a senior at Manchester High School and the daughter of Bruce and Carrie Osborne of Manchester.

During her high school career here at Manchester, Delanie has been involved with the National Honor Society, American Legion Girls State, and as President of Student Council. She is also a member of DECA, FFA (Future Farmers of America), and President of the Bow Tie Society. She also played Varsity Soccer and Basketball.

In addition to her high school activities, Delanie is active in volunteering for the Amcor bottle drive, Alumni Banquet, Lenten Breakfast, and bell ringing for the Salvation Army. Delanie was a 2015 and 2016 Fair Queen contestant where she was selected Ms. Congeniality in 2015. She was also the 2016-17 Homecoming Queen.

After high school, Delanie plans to pursue a career in Nursing at Michigan State University.
