Snowflake walk turns into a blizzard!

Starting out at Chi-Bro Park

The Walk to School Wednesday "Snowflake walk 2017" was a great morning with at least 61 moms, dads, teachers, kids and others participating. "We had students, teachers, parents, and community members," said Klager teacher Kathy O'Mara, who coordinates the Walk to School Wednesday program.

Students received a snowflake necklace, a package of hot cocoa mix to take home, and started off their day with a brisk walk to school. Fun was had by all!

... And they just kept on coming! What a great day to walk to school!
