Food for Fines a success this year

A great response to the "Food for Fines" campaign at the library resulted in a huge boost to the Manchester CRC food pantry.

The Manchester District Library would like to thank all of its patrons for their generous donations to the Food for Fines campaign.

"It was the best food drive we have ever held," said Tamara Denby, library volunteer.

As a result of the community's benevolence, the library will be delivering several large boxes of food to the CRC for distribution to needy families.
