Skate party at Chi-Bro Park postponed

The Manchester Mens Club ice skating party in Chi-Bro Park, scheduled for the end of January, has been postponed to Feb 17 at 3 pm. It takes at least two weeks of continually below-freezing weather to flood and freeze the ice rink and even though we've had very cold weather, there has not been two weeks straight of below freezing temperatures without an above-freezing day.
