The Manchester Mirror is a weekly newspaper that publishes online every Monday morning and in print every Wednesday morning. It is free both online and in print. It has been publishing weekly online since 2013 and weekly in print in since spring 2016. It covers the Manchester, Michigan area including Bridgewater Township, Freedom Township, Sharon Township and Manchester Township all located in the southwest corner of Washtenaw County.
Weekly print editions can be subscribed to. The newspaper will be mailed first class to your home or business Wednesday afternoon. Subscriptions cost $50 for a year, $28 for 6 months or $15 for 3 months. Subscriptions can be paid for by credit card online (email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information) or can be paid by mailing a check to The Manchester Mirror, PO Box 696, Manchester, MI 48158.
In addition to subscriptions, print editions are distributed around the Manchester area on Wed. afternoons and can be picked up for free at the Manchester Market, Manchester Pharmacy, Manchester TrueValue Hardware, Freedonia Grocery, the Manchester District Library, Manchester Village Office, Manchester Community Resource Center, Pyramid Office Supply, Frank’s Place, Kellie’s, and Linda’s Diner.
The Manchester Mirror staff is comprised of a small but dedicated group of Manchester residents. The paper is co-owned and run by Sara and Fritz Swanson, Mike Austin, Marsha Chartrand and Danielle Muntz.
The Manchester Mirror does not publish an edition the week of Christmas.
