Where: Manchester District Library, Manchester, MI, United States  What: For ages 5 & up. Come make things with duct tape and create bead magnets!

6pm – 7:30pm Christmas in the Village Parade Planning Meeting

Where: the Coffee Mill on Main Street

7pm – 8:30pm Library Board of Trustees Meeting

Where: The Village Room, 912 City Road, Manchester, MI, (Lower Level of Library) What: Open to the public

Where: Manchester Township Hall Board Room, 275 South Macomb Street, Manchester, MI

3:30pm – 4:30pm LEGO Club

Where: Manchester District Library, Manchester, MI, United States What: Like Legos? You’ll love this group! Build something fantastic with the library’s big LEGO collection, and we’ll display your creation until the following Wednesday. All ages, no charge, no registration required. A caregiver must remain in the building for ages 10 and under.

6:30pm – 7:30pm Alcohol Anonymous meeting

Where: Manchester District Library, Manchester, MI    What: Knitting group. Bring your needlework of any kind and work on your own project.

8am – 6pm St. Mary Rummage Sale

Where: St. Mary’s Parish Center; Madison & Clinton (behind the Marathon Station)

4pm – 7pm Black Sheep Festival and the Farmers Market

Where: Adrian and Main Streets, Manchester MI   What: Come celebrate Manchester’s agricultural past and present with sheep shearing demos, wool spinning demos, and a produce & flower contest. Shop for local fruits, veggies, baked goods, and crafts. Click HERE for more info.

7pm – 8pm Youth Pistol League Informational Meeting

Where: Manchester Sportsman Club, 8501 Grossman Rd, Manchester, MI, United States   What:Ages 12-16, 17-20, and collegiate. Team to compete in the Scholastic Pistol Program (SPP). Informational meeting for student athletes and parents. Safety, Sportsmanship, and Fun are the goals of the program. Where: Village Room (under the library) 912 City Road, Manchester MI Sun Aug 17, 2014     What: Manchester Ladies Society’s mission is to support the women and children of Manchester by supporting existing charities and organizations, connecting women with community resources and creating new ones where gaps exist. Meetings always includes good munchies and good company. All women are welcome!

2pm – 4pm PTO Playdate in the Park

Where: Chi Bro Park, Manchester, MI    What: Last Klager PTO playdate of the summer. Bring your kids to the park to play. Click HERE for more info.
