OTHER INFORMATION FROM THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Blustery fall weather is ALARM weather. The Sheriff’s Office reminds owners of alarmed properties that keeping their alarm systems in good condition helps keep the Sheriff’s Office efficient by reducing false alarms. Often alarms are accidentally activated when strong winds move doors that have loosened with wear, or alarm equipment that isn’t firmly affixed. Quick checks of your system’s equipment and positive closure of doors and windows can help.
