Letter to the Editor

March 2015

Dear Editor,

My name is Lydia and I’m from Bridgewater. My neighborhood is stuck with the Rover Pipeline. Read on to hear the pros and cons.

First, when we get the Rover pipeline it will make many jobs. It will make over 500 jobs. And more people in Michigan will have jobs.

It will also help heat more houses. I have heard that over 100 people in Manchester alone will get gas that comes from the pipeline. Plus it will heat over 700 houses around Michigan.

But, it is dangerous to people. Over 20 houses in my community are too close. In Manchester over 150 houses are too close. Clearly they won’t let us have liberty.

These are some of the pros and cons and how it helps and how it’s dangerous. Please think about how this can help and can’t help.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
Lydia Bennett
