Audrey Pierce Awarded Student of the Month

The Manchester Civic Club recently awarded Student of the Month for September to Audrey Pierce. Audrey is a senior at Manchester High School and the daughter of Tom and Colleen Pierce of Manchester.

Pierce is a member of Student Council, co-president of the National Honor Society, a Drama Club officer and a member of the Quiz Bowl team. She was a co-founder of the after-school Dungeons and Dragons Club and is currently a mentor to the freshman class. In addition, Pierce runs Cross Country and is a member of the High School Marching Band.

Pierce volunteers for the greater community through the National Honor Society and at events held at SASHA Farms. In her free time, she expresses her creativity through art and creative writing.

With a cumulative GPA of 4.300, she has been on the high honor roll all during her high school career. Pierce will attend college starting in the fall of 2016.

Manchester Civic Club, in collaboration with the faculty and administration of Manchester High School, selects Student of the Month from applicants based on academic achievement, leadership/participation in extra-curricular activities, and all around service to the school and community.
