Early Childhood Center Preschoolers Visit Local Orchard
The Manchester Early Childhood Center (MECC) preschoolers visited Alber’s Orchard last Tuesday, Oct. 6. A hayride, straw bale maze, doughnuts, and of course, apples and cider were enjoyed by all! Photos courtesy of Megan Davis and Casey Penney, MECC parents.
All lined up to learn!
The straw-bale children’s maze was a popular activity for the MECC preschoolers.
Owner Therese Bossory (left) of Alber’s Orchard welcomes Ms. Linda Whitney and some of her pupils to the historic orchard.
The preschool class learned about the cider mill in a fun and informative way.
Doughnuts are always a popular snack when visiting Alber’s Orchard.
Good listeners might have been just a tiny bit distracted by the contents of the doughnut case.
