Registration Open for WCSO Citizen’s Police Academy

Are you interested in how the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Department officers make traffic stops or process a crime scene? Do you want to tour the county jail? Than you should attend the 2016 Spring WCSO Citizens Police Academy.

To attend, complete the application and release forms found HERE and email them to Deputy Wion at wionj@ewashtenaw.org or fax to 734-794-2128 by this Wednesday, January 19th. Classes are every Thursday March 3rd – May 12th, 2016 from 5:30 to 9 pm and includes dinner. The class is held at County Service Center, Jury Assembly Room, 4133 Washtenaw.

The Citizens Police Academy is designed to give you a behind the scenes, in-depth look into the everyday happenings of the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office with the goal of being both an informative and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
