Last Walk to School Wednesday draws more than 100 walkers!

Wednesday, with only the very last days of school remaining, Klager held a special Walk to School Wednesday resulting in the formation of the first “Klager Marching Band!” More than 100 walkers met at 7:45 am in Chi Bro Park’s parking lot and with instruments in hand, marched up the sidewalk to Klager behind “Drum Major” Mr. Tindall and his baton. The cacophonous music crested the hill before the musicians, prompting one crossing guard to remark, “sounds like the Hare Krishnas are coming.” Organizer Mrs. O’Mara thanked the students, parents, administrators, community members, and teachers for coming out and making it a success!
