Maddison Kemner Chosen for Scholarship

Maddison Kemner of Manchester has been selected as a recipient of Equipment Dealers Association’s Equipment Dealers Foundation Scholarship for the 2016-17 academic year. Scholarship funds totaling $36,000 were awarded to qualified students/trainees who were sponsored and recommended by equipment dealerships throughout the United States and Canada.

Kemner’s total scholarship of $2,000 includes matching funds from her sponsoring equipment dealership, Napoleon Lawn & Leisure in Napoleon.

Maddison, a 2016 Manchester High School graduate, will be attending Michigan State University.

Equipment Dealers Foundation’s objective is to support the education, training or advancement of current and potential employees in the equipment industry in hopes of creating a larger pool of skilled, committed, long-term employees for dealerships. Scholarships are available in each of EDA’s nine regions.
