Chamber of Commerce looking for special volunteer for Christmas in the Village

The Chamber of Commerce is looking for a person willing to serve as “Chief of the Elves,” for a few hours on the evening of Friday, December 2 in the lighted parade and to greet children on the Manchester Mill porch afterwards. Ray Berg of the Chamber stated, “Chief of the Elves also goes by name of S.C.
