The Student of the Month for November is Rachel Fegan. She is currently a senior at Manchester High School and the daughter of Todd and Christine Fegan of Manchester.

During her high school career here at Manchester, Rachel has been involved with National Honors Society, the Yearbook Club, and Student Council. She is also Co-president of the Manchester DECA Chapter, she is in the German Club, and has been in Girls Scouts for 12 years. Rachel also participates in Cross Country and Track.

In addition to her high school activities, Rachel is active in volunteering for the Manchester Chicken Broil, serves as both the Manchester Township Recording Secretary and the Manchester Township Zoning Board of Appeals Recording Secretary, and is a Relay for Life participant.

After high school Rachel plans on attending either MSU or U of M to study business.

Manchester Civic Club, in collaboration with the faculty and administration of Manchester High School, selects the Student of the Month from applicants based on academic achievement, leadership/participation in extra-curricular activities, and all around service to the school and community.
