MAYS Opening Day

Opening day for Manchester Area Youth Sports 2017 baseball/softball season will be held on Saturday, April 29 at Kirk Park. The celebration will begin at 9 am with the national anthem and the introductions of all MAYS teams and the players. After opening day ceremonies, the players will enjoy hot dogs, donated and cooked by Manchester Men’s Club, and water donated by the Manchester Market. There will be activities after the ceremony for kids of all ages to participate in including a speed pitch game, speed running (from home to first base), and face painting. The T-ball teams will play the first games of their season following the activities.

Beginning at 8:30 am, the JV baseball and softball teams will also be holding a bottle drive fundraiser in the south parking lot at Kirk Park during opening day. Save your bottles and cans and donate to their programs!
