MEETING SYNOPSIS

The regular monthly meeting of the Bridgewater Township Board of Trustees was called to order
by Supervisor Fromhart at 7:01 p.m. Four Board members were present (quorum) with 9 public in attendance. Board heard citizen participation. Board approved the 4-May-17 meeting minutes as presented. Board approved the agenda as amended. Board approved monthly disbursements of $32,445.69. Board approved acceptance of grant for new voting equipment. Board approved HAVA Grant Agreement. Board approved response to MDEQ. Board heard presentation re: Medical Marijuana. Board approved Ordinance 54 amendment. Board discussed Stantec’s scope of services. Board approved auditor expense. Board heard treasurer, clerk, supervisor, trustee & planning commission reports. Board received written reports from the sheriff, assessor and zoning administrator. Board heard citizen participation. Meeting adjourned at 9:29 p.m.
