MEETING SYNOPSIS

7-Sep-17

The regular monthly meeting of the Bridgewater Township Board of Trustees was called to order by Supervisor Fromhart at 7:03 p.m. Five Board members were present (quorum) with 14 public in attendance. Board heard citizen participation. Board approved the 3-Aug-17 meeting minutes as amended. Board approved the agenda as amended. Board heard presentation of 2017 audit. Board declined Stantec’s review of GSM annual report. Board approved monthly disbursements of $46,491.49. Board discussed medical marijuana facilities licensing act draft ordinance. Board approved purchase of 500-gallon propane tank. Board approved sewer billing agent pay rate increase. Board approved PA 116 application for Mr. Bross. Board approved stone at sewer plant. Board approved to order two grinder pumps kits. Board heard treasurer, clerk, supervisor, assessor, trustee & planning commission reports. Board received written reports from the sheriff, assessor and zoning administrator. Board heard citizen participation.
