Public Notice: School Board vacancy

The MCS board has an opening for a board member due to a resignation. The board is seeking interested candidates to fill the vacancy until the election of 2018. Anyone interested in the appointment to the board may submit a letter of interest to the board secretary. The deadline for letters will be Thursday, September 28, 2017. The persons of interest will then be notified and expect to attend a special board meeting to be held on Monday, October 2, 2017. The board will screen candidates at that meeting. Letters of interest can be sent via email to rharvey@mcs.k12.mi.us.
