BRIDGEWATER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING SYNOPSIS

The regular monthly meeting of the Bridgewater Township Board of Trustees was called to order by Supervisor Fromhart at 7:02 p.m. Four Board members were present (quorum) with 5 public in attendance. Board heard citizen participation. Board approved the 17-Oct-17 as presented & 2-Nov-17 meeting minutes as amended. Board approved the agenda as presented. Board accepted updated Cummins generator maintenance agreement. Board approved monthly disbursements of $21,083.96. Board approved mineral extraction ordinance #59 amendment. Board accepted up to 1-year deferral of payment for Bridgewater Commons Sewer Connection. Board approved phones for clerk and treasurer. Board appointed PC appointment, Farmland Preservation Board appointment and board rep to Farmland Preservation Board. Board heard clerk, supervisor & trustee reports. Board received written reports from the treasurer, sheriff, assessor & zoning administrator. Board amended the required escrow for ACE Pyro. Board heard citizen participation. Meeting adjourned at 9:40 p.m.
