NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
March 19, 2018, 7:00 PM

Notice is hereby given that the Manchester Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 19, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Manchester Village Hall, 912 City Road, Manchester, MI.

The purpose of the hearing is to allow residents to comment on the application for variance submitted by Patricia Schremser, 345 Baker Street. The variance asks for 10-foot relief from the required rear yard setback of 35 feet to allow them to build a wood deck.

If you would like to comment on the application and are unable to attend the public hearing, you may send written comments to Julie Schaible, Village Clerk, 912 City Road, Manchester, MI 48158, or deliver them in person, by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, March 19, 2018.

The Manchester Zoning Board of Appeals will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services upon ten days notice to the Village.
