It takes a lot of workers to serve 743 dinners, including 273 drive throughs, but that is what St. Mary Manchester did last Friday. Many workers take care of jobs behind the scenes while others are out front taking care of our guests. There are those who organized the fish fries to those who bought the supplies, prepared the food, put up the chairs and tables, kept the salad bar and dessert tables filled, greeted and seated guests, worked the serving line, bussed the tables, cleaned up afterward, and took care of a myriad of other duties. Fr. Bosco helped wherever he was needed. Here he is working in the kitchen with Bill Kwolek. There are only two more chances to enjoy St. Mary’s delicious, and famous, fish fry dinner–March 16 and 23, 4:30 to 7 p.m. at St. Mary Parish Center, 110 Madison Street, Manchester.
