Public Notice: Village of Manchester Zoning Board of Appeals Hearing

ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
April 16, 2018, 7:00 PM

Notice is hereby given that the Manchester Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 16, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Manchester Village Hall, 912 City Road, Manchester, MI.

The purpose of the hearing is to allow residents to comment on the application for variance submitted by Denny Steele, 507 Granger Street. The variance asks for 11-feet relief from the required side yard setback of 15 feet to allow them to build a new garage the same dimensions as the original garage footprint.

If you would like to comment on the application and are unable to attend the public hearing, you may send written comments to Julie Schaible, Village Clerk, 912 City Road, Manchester, MI 48158, or deliver them in person, by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, April 16, 2018.

The Manchester Zoning Board of Appeals will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services upon ten days notice to the Village.
