April 16, 2018

Good Day,

I am writing as a Sharon Township resident who is opposed to the new millage for broadband Internet.

My family has struggled for years to get good Internet. We have tried everything from the cell phone hot spots to satellite Internet. None of those have been the perfect match for our house.

I was super excited to see that the township was looking at broadband Internet until I heard how the millage was going to work. I DON’T agree with taxing farming land. The farmers in this area struggle enough to make ends meet and me wanting to fast Internet at there expense just adds to their struggles. There has to be a better way.

There are other options to get Internet in the area. We just recently signed up with ACE wireless and get fabulous service.

I encourage everyone in Sharon township to vote NO for the millage.

Sincerely,
Stacey Neigebauer
