NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
May 16, 2018

7:00 PM –Group Day-Care Homes and Day-Care Centers

Notice is hereby given that the Manchester Village Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at 7:00 pm at the Manchester Village Hall, 912 City Road, Manchester, MI.

The purpose of the hearing is to allow residents to comment on the proposed amendment to the Manchester Village Zoning Ordinance to add group day-care homes and day-care centers to the conditional uses permitted in the General Commercial district, C-2. The proposed ordinance is available at the Village Hall, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm for review. It is also available on the Village website, www.vil-manchester.org.

If you would like to comment and are unable to attend the public hearings, you may send written comments to the Village Clerk, 912 City Road, Manchester MI 48158, or deliver them in person by 4:00 pm on Wednesday, May 16, 2018.

The Manchester Village Planning Commission will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services upon ten days notice to the Village.
