Are you a caregiver to a sick or disabled parent, spouse, or child?

On Saturday, May 5th from 11 am to 1 pm, the Manchester District Library will be hosting a special guest, Breeda Miller, on the main floor of the Library, 912 City Rd. Miller is a public speaker, professional voice-over artist, emcee, and author of The Caregiver Coffeebreak: Take a Break Before You Break: 76 Practical Tips to Help Caregivers. Miller’s personal mission is helping overwhelmed and stressed-out caregivers, and the power of a story is her tool of choice. If you are struggling with balancing the responsibilities of caring for a family member with work and other obligations, then you won’t want to miss this presentation. And, for those who are interested, she will be selling and signing copies of her book at the end of this uplifting and informative presentation.

For as little as $1 a month, you can keep Manchester-focused news coverage alive.
