MEETING SYNOPSIS

3-May-18

The regular monthly meeting of the Bridgewater Township Board of Trustees was called to order by Supervisor Fromhart at 7:00 p.m. All five Board members were present (quorum) with 9 public in attendance. Board heard citizen participation. Board approved the 5-Apr-18 meeting minutes as amended. Board approved the agenda as presented. Board passed resolution to approve WC Solid Waste Mgt. Board passed resolution for temporary road closure during Bridgewater Days. Board approved monthly disbursements of $63,471.58. Board approved engagement letter for EOY audit. Board heard clerk, supervisor & trustee reports. Board received written reports from the treasurer & zoning administrator. Board heard citizen participation. Meeting adjourned at 9:22 p.m.
