Public Notice: Village Planning Commission hearing on parcel rezoning

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
June 13, 2018, 7:00 P.M.

Notice is hereby given that the Manchester Village Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Manchester Village Hall, 912 City, Manchester, MI 48158.

The purpose of the public hearing is to allow public comment on the re-zoning of parcel # PM 16-02-464.005 located at 121 West Main Street, between Washington Street and Clinton Street, currently owned by Laura and Rich Earle. The request is to change the zoning from R-1B- Single Family Residential (Medium Density) to CBD-Central Business District.

If you would like to comment and are not able to attend the meeting, you may send written comments to the Village Clerk, 912 City, Manchester, MI 48158, or deliver them in person, no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 13, 2018.

The Manchester Village Planning Commission will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services upon ten days notice.
