Road work scheduled in Bridgewater Township

The Washtenaw County Road Commission has announced its road work schedule for this week, which includes intermittent lane closures on Austin Road between Clinton and Parker Roads, for pavement repair.

There will be no detour set as the repairs will be done while the road is still open. Work is set for completion during the week of May 20.

In addition to the Austin Road repairs, the Road Commission also will continue working on McCollum, Burmeister, and Kaiser Roads between Braun and Austin Roads, over the coming three weeks. The work planned is for forestry, ditching, and limestone resurfacing, and will also involve intermittent lane closures with no detours involved. This work is planned to be completed by June 8.
