The Manchester Brass Band practices year around and will perform patriotic tunes and more this week at the Gazebo

If you’ve only seen the Manchester Brass Band during its traditional Christmas concert, you may be surprised by their versatility.

This Thursday, this community favorite, comprised of local talent, will play patriotic favorites in honor of the Independence Day holiday, and much more! Don’t miss this fun at the Manchester Gazebo in Wurster Park, starting at 7:30 pm on Thursday, July 5.

This week, the “survey says” that most people find out about the gazebo concerts from word of mouth and signs around town. Newspaper articles follow close behind these ways of learning about what’s up at the Gazebo. On Thursday, you’ll be invited again to share with us the ways you prefer to support your gazebo concert series.

The Gazebo Concerts are in their 30th year in Manchester! Your generous contributions, along with sponsorships and grants, help to support this amazing Manchester tradition. The concerts are free but donations are gratefully accepted during the intermission. If you’d like to contribute online, go to www.riverfolkarts.org, or you can also mail a check to PO Box 146, Manchester, MI 48158.

See you at the Gazebo!
