Washtenaw 4-H Youth Fair
The Washtenaw County 4-H will be holding their 2018 Youth Show from July 22nd through July 27th at the Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds, 5055 Ann Arbor Saline Rd. Come to the Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds to see more than 800 youth exhibits and animal projects! Admission and parking are free. There will be limited project viewing Sunday afternoon and Monday. All exhibits will be on display beginning Tuesday morning. Projects on display will range from paintings to poetry and flowers to field crops. A variety of animals will also be on display including horses, llamas, goats, chickens, rabbits, cattle, sheep, pigs, and more.
On Thursday from 9 am to Noon there will be Make & Take Activities, free to the public in the activity tent. Friday is Fun Day, featuring Animal Decorator Contests, an Archery Competition, Tractor Driving Contest, and Sweepstakes Showmanship. Animal shows and other contests will be held throughout the week.
