This month’s Third Thursday event falls on September 20 … one of the last nights of summer. So come on out and enjoy the true end of summer in Manchester style!

• Artists, vendors market, and sidewalk sales will take place from 4-8 pm on Adrian Street.
• Hayrides around town, with pickup and drop off on Adrian Street at Main, until dark.
• Performers from the Great Lakes Flow Festival will be using fans, poi, rope dart, hoop, and juggling along with contact sword and staff, double staff, and dragon staff to entertain passers-by. Performances are scheduled at 4:30, 5:30, 6:30, and 7:30 pm.
• The O’Kennedy Irish Dancers will perform downtown at 6 and 7 pm.
• Russ Kendrick Martin will be singing and playing the blues from 4-8 pm at various downtown locations.
• Mark Vashon will be playing acoustic Southern Rock from 4-8 pm.
• An ongoing tour of the Village Green, hosted by the Manchester Area Historical Society, will be held at Wurster Park (by the gazebo) from 5-7 pm.
• Your opportunity for a rare tour of the historic Manchester Masonic Hall Tour will be held on the third floor of the Comerica Bank building from 4-8 pm.
• Sidewalk Sales will be held at several local downtown businesses!
• Get a “Taste of Manchester at the following Manchester eateries:
– Two Black Sheep Restaurant is hosting Beer and Dinner pairings with the Tecumseh Brewing Co., starting at 6:30 pm.
– Kellie’s will be serving street side food and beverages from 4-8 pm.
– Over The Edge Sports Bar & Pizzeria will have a variety of food and drink specials all evening, from 4-8 pm.
– The Manchester Dairy Queen will offer specials from 4-8 pm.
• Popular street artist Chris M. Monaghan will return this month with Sidewalk Chalk Art. Get inspired to create your own chalk art!
• Exhale Yoga will offer a free introductory yoga class, “Inform Your Flow,” 6:30-7:30 pm at their new location in the mill.
• The Blacksmith Shop will be open with blacksmithing demonstrations from 4-8 pm.
• Face painting and henna ink by The Facepaint Faerie on Adrian Street from 4-8 pm.
• Get your $1 flowers again this month, available at the Flower Garden from 4-8 pm.
• The Manchester Michigan Farmers Market will be open with lots of vendors and scarecrow making, too! 3:30-7 pm.
• It’s also Singer/Songwriter Night at the The Village Tap, from 8 – 10 pm. As the downtown activities start to wind down, stop in and see who’s playing. (It could even be someone you know!)
