Boomer’s Blueberry Fluff

3 large croissants, torn into pieces
1 1⁄2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries 1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1⁄4 cups milk

In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well blended. Gradually add milk, beating well after each addition. In a 9-inch square baking dish, place croissant pieces evenly. Sprinkle blueberries onto croissant pieces. Pour cream cheese mixture evenly over blueberries and croissants. Let stand for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until set in the center and golden brown. Serve warm. Optional: sprinkle with powdered sugar at serving.
