Carson Ridenour, pictured with principal Eric McCalla, is the January 2019 Student of the Month, sponsored by the Manchester Community Schools Foundation.

The January 2019 Manchester Community Schools Foundation Student of the Month for Manchester High School is Carson Ridenour. Carson is the son of Doug and Lisa Ridenour.

He is the Vice President of the Manchester High School Spanish Club and a member of Future Farmers of America, Drama Club, Bow Tie Society and MHS National Honor Society. Carson has participated in numerous community service projects via his involvement with the National Honor Society.

Carson has played soccer since elementary school and has been a member of the MHS Boys’ Soccer Team for four years. He has competed in multiple horse showings through his involvement with his 4H Club. Carson has also been active with horse eventing for more than six years throughout Michigan, competing in show jumping, cross country, and dressage events.

Carson plans to attend Central Michigan University to pursue a four-year degree in Business.
