NOTICE OF HEARING OF THE PETITION OF THE VILLAGE OF MANCHESTER TO ANNEX CERTAIN TERRITORY TO THE VILLAGE OF MANCHESTER

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Council of the Village of Manchester, Washtenaw County, Michigan, has petitioned the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners to annex to the Village of Manchester, Washtenaw County, Michigan, the following described lands located in the Township of Manchester, Washtenaw County, Michigan, to-wit;

This notice shall be published in the Manchester Mirror, a newspaper published in said Village of Manchester, one time each week for three weeks immediately preceding the hearing on said petition.

The hearing on said petition will be a public hearing and all persons for or against said proposed annexation may be heard. The hearing will be held in the Board Room, Washtenaw County Administration Building 220 N. Main St., Ann Arbor, Michigan, on the 6th day of March 2019, at 6:45 p.m., EST.
