Larry Kenneth Kouba (1940-2019)

His Legacy… Larry Kenneth Kouba, Age 78, passed away February 12, 2019. He was born on April 26, 1940, in Wayne, Michigan, to Kenneth and Hazel (Huntley) Kouba. Larry married OrLynn England on April 28, 1962, in Manchester, Michigan. Larry owned and operated K & W Equipment, Inc., a Case farm equipment dealership in Manchester. He was a member of the Manchester Jaycees. Larry loved to golf, hunt, and fish but really enjoyed being at his pond with his cat “Goldie.” He loved the warm weather and for the last 25 years wintered in Florida. He will be remembered best as “Larry just being Larry,” and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

His Family… Larry will be missed by his wife OrLynn, his son Mike (Renee) Kouba, grandchildren Michael Lane, Matthew Kouba, Marisa Kouba, Lukas (Alexandra) Weber and Logan Weber,  great-grandson Carson Kouba who melted his heart, sister Karen Dames, brothers-in-law Lary (“Torky”) England, John (Martha) England and Ralph “Bud” (Joanie) England. He is preceded in death by parents, infant son Mark Kouba, and a daughter, Beth Ann Kouba, who passed away in 1987.

His Farewell… Larry’s family and friends will gather Monday, February 18, 2019 from 10 am until noon at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Manchester Chapel with his Farewell beginning at noon. Memorial contributions are suggested to Dutchman’s Firefighters Association or St. Jude’s Children Hospital. Please leave a message of comfort for Larry’s family at 1-877-231-7900, or sign his guestbook at www.borekjennings.com.
