BRIDGEWATER TOWNSHIP, WASHTENAW COUNTY, MICHIGAN

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR

ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS

Notice is hereby given that the Bridgewater Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 20, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Township Hall (10990 Clinton Road) for the purpose of receiving comments on proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance, Sections 4.02 (Table of Permitted Uses by District), 5.204 (Home Occupations), 5.407 (Limited Business Use), 8.02 (Site Plan Approval Required), and 19.03 (Definitions), for the purposes of updating requirements for home occupations and adding provisions for a separate class of home-based limited business uses subject to special use permit and minor site plan approval.
