Road work this week

Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is planning to begin work this week on an asphalt overlay and pavement repairs on M-52 running from US 12, just south of the Washtenaw/Lenawee County line, to Austin Road. Work is scheduled between 9 am and 8 pm daily and has a final completion date anticipated to be June 27.

The Washtenaw County Road Commission also has a couple projects in our area this week. 

In Sharon Township, they are continuing to work on Sharon Valley Road Bridge between Prospect Hill Road and Lamb Roads.

In Manchester Township, Logan Road between the Village limits and M-52 will see intermittent lane closures as the county works on gravel resurfacing all week.
