Dairy featured at this week’s Farmers Market

On Thursday, June 27, there will be a Dairy Festival at The Manchester Farmers Market featuring Horning Farms.

Come and learn about what happens at our own local dairy farm that supplies milk to Kroger and other major retailers.

Due to rain and cold temperatures last Thursday, the Children’s Bike Parade has been rescheduled for this week’s Farmers Market, and will take place at 4:30 pm. So, if you thought you had missed out last week, here’s your chance.

Children may decorate their bikes featuring their favorite part(s) of summer. There will be $5 in Manchester Farmers Market Bucks given away for the top three best-decorated bikes! Every contestant wins $1 in Manchester Farmers Market Bucks!!

Participants will meet at the picnic pavilion at Chi-Bro Park on June 27 at 4:20 pm to receive their participant number and get ready to Parade in front of all of our vendors (who are also our judges!) and then down the shared use trail. 

Scooters are also welcome.
