Susan V. Bryers June 3, 1943 – September 15, 2019

Her Legacy… Susan Vaughan Bryers, 76, passed away Sunday, September 15, 2019. She was born on June 3, 1943, in Lansing, Michigan to John and Donna Francis (Holley) Vaughan. Susan married the love of her life, David Bryers, on August 21, 1987, in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan.

Susan will be remembered most for her loving, caring nature. She was employed as a Special Education teacher for Washtenaw Intermediate School District, Ann Arbor and Burt Township School District, Grand Marais, Michigan, retiring after 30 years of service. Susan loved to garden, read and rollerblade. She was quite the accomplished artist with water colors. Her family was the most important part of her life and she will greatly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Her Family… Susan will be missed by her husband David; her children, David (Wendy) Foulke and Jeffrey (Lindsey) Foulke; two sisters, Mary Houck and Laura Kopacz; seven grandchildren, Alexander, Reese, Tate, Bodi, Brynne, Drey and Degan; one great grandchild on the way; and one uncle, Richard Holley. She is preceded in death by her parents.
