PUBLIC NOTICE: Manchester Township will be holding an information session regarding the proposed Watkins Lake State Park to Village of Manchester Trail on October 10, 2019, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at the Township Hall, 275 Macomb Street, Manchester, Michigan.  A short presentation will take place at 6:00, followed by an open question and answer session. The presentation will cover the potential trail alignment, grant alternatives, and property owner options.
