VILLAGE OF MANCHESTER
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
January 6, 2019- 7:00 PM

Notice is hereby given that the Manchester Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 6, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Manchester Village Hall, 912 City Road, Manchester, MI.

The purpose of the hearing is to allow residents to comment on the application for variance submitted by Acorn Farmer’s Market & Cafe at 327 West Main Street. The variance asks for relief from 4 requirements: 1) 7 1/2 feet relief from the required side yard set-back of 10 feet for a greenhouse; 2) 13 feet relief from the required 25 feet rear-yard setback for dry storage; 3) 32 feet relief from the required 35 feet front yard set-back and 22 feet relief from the required 25 feet rear yard set-back for a shed, and; 4) a relief of 4 parking spaces from the required 12 spaces required.

If you would like to comment on the application and are unable to attend the public hearing, you may send written comments to Julie Schaible, Village Clerk, 912 City Road, Manchester, MI  48158, or deliver them in person, by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, January 6, 2019.

The Manchester Zoning Board of Appeals will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services upon ten days’ notice to the Village.
